Website AI Chat & Lead Capture

The person on your website at 11pm gets a real answer.

A chat assistant that knows your business answers the question, takes their name and number, and books the keen ones — instead of a form nobody reads until Monday.

For any business with a website and a pulse of web traffic — tourism operators, clinics, contractors, professional services, retail and e-commerce.

In plain English

What you get.

Answers at any hour

A visitor at 11pm on a Sunday gets a real answer about your business, in your words — not an out-of-office.

Leads with a name and a number

Who they are, how to reach them, and what they actually want, in your inbox or CRM, with your staff notified straight away.

Bookings, not enquiries

The keen ones can pick a time inside the chat instead of waiting for someone to reply.

It says it’s AI

Always — and it always offers a human. That is the standard on every assistant we ship, not an option you switch on.

The short version on money: builds start at $1,500, plus a Care Plan from $299/mo to keep it running. Fixed-quoted before we start — full numbers further down, or on the pricing page.

Go-live in 1–2 weeks

How it works — from "yes" to answering visitors.

Weeks 1–2

Testing.

Cross-device and cross-browser testing, prompt tuning against real sample questions, escalation checks.

Week 2

Launch.

A 30-minute walkthrough, the embed goes on your site, and the Care Plan takes over tuning.

Client effort: Your time: about 1–2 hours (share content, review answers). Light.

Under the hood

What makes a chat assistant good instead of annoying.

Anyone can bolt a chatbot onto a website. The difference is in the categories of work below — where the build time actually goes, and why the answers hold up in front of a real customer.

  • Grounded answers, not guesses. The assistant answers from your own material and says "I don’t know" when it doesn’t. That behaviour is tested before launch rather than hoped for.
  • Qualifying that sounds like a person. The two or three questions that tell you whether a lead is worth chasing, asked in the order a human would ask them — not a form wearing a chat bubble.
  • Escalation that actually escalates. Clear rules for when a chat should stop being a chat and become a booked appointment, a text to you, or a phone call.
  • Knowledge that stays current. When your prices, hours or policies change, the answers change with them. That is care-plan work, not a rebuild.
  • Fit and finish on every device. Tested across phones, tablets and browsers, in your brand, without slowing the page down or covering your own call-to-action.

Named as categories on purpose. Which of these your business actually needs, in what order, and what it would save is the deliverable of the paid AI Opportunity Audit — or the free 20-minute assessment call. We publish the shapes, not the recipes.

Works with what you've got

It embeds on the site you already have.

We build on top of your existing stack — no rip-and-replace.

  • Website platforms: WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, Wix, Webflow — anywhere you can add a snippet.
  • Lead destinations: your CRM (HubSpot and others) or a monitored inbox, with instant staff notification.
  • Booking (optional): your calendar or scheduler, inside the chat.
  • Languages: English and French.

Prerequisites: a website you can add a snippet to, and somewhere to send leads (CRM or a monitored inbox).

The honest part

What this isn’t — and when it’s not worth it.

Every build has edges. Here are ours — better read now than discovered in week three.

  • It isn’t a website rebuild. We embed on what you have. If your site can’t take a snippet, that’s a Website Build conversation first.
  • It isn’t a salesperson. It answers, qualifies and books. It doesn’t negotiate, and it won’t talk a hesitant buyer into anything.
  • It won’t invent answers. If your prices, policies and common questions aren’t written down anywhere, there’s nothing for it to answer from. That part is homework, and it’s yours.
  • When it’s not worth it yet: if your site gets a handful of visitors a month, fix the traffic first. We’ll say so on the call rather than sell you a widget nobody will use.

What it looks like in practice

An example engagement (illustrative).

A fictional-but-realistic engagement to show the shape of a build — not a case study, and not a guarantee. Real proof arrives with our founding clients.

Booking questions flood in October–December, mostly after office hours and often from Alberta and the US. The chat assistant answers gear, fitness, avalanche-cert and pricing questions, captures the serious inquiries with dates and group size, and emails the office a qualified lead overnight. Setup $2,600, Core care. Fewer "still thinking about it" emails, more deposits.

Transparent pricing

Starting at $1,500 to build. From $299/mo to keep it sharp.

Moves up with: number of knowledge sources; custom qualification logic; booking and CRM integrations; e-commerce product/order lookups. A simple FAQ + lead form sits near $1,500; multi-source with booking and CRM sync approaches $3,500.

Questions

Website AI Chat & Lead Capture FAQ.

Will it work on my website platform?

Almost certainly. If you can add a snippet to your site — WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, Wix, Webflow and most others — we can embed the assistant. You'll also need somewhere for leads to land: a CRM or a monitored inbox.

Will visitors know they're chatting with AI?

Yes — it identifies as an AI assistant and always offers a human handoff. That honesty is deliberate: it keeps visitors comfortable and it's the standard we build into every deployment.

What does it cost?

Builds start at $1,500 and are fixed-quoted before we begin (typical range $1,500–$3,500 depending on knowledge sources and integrations). Every AI build includes a Care Plan from $299/mo. Full detail on the pricing page.

How long until it's live?

Usually 1–2 weeks from "yes" to answering visitors, with about 1–2 hours of your time — sharing content and reviewing answers.

Pairs well with

Most builds don't stay solo.

Every system you add sits under the same single Care Plan — the tier grows only when your setup does.
