Practical technology.
People you can talk to.
RevyTech AI is the AI systems division of RevyTech. Our work starts with how a business actually runs: the phone calls, paperwork, systems and decisions that fill a working day.

Practical technology
Useful systems start with understanding the problem.
The same practical approach runs through our work: find the friction, explain the options, and build something that helps.
Useful beats
complicated.
The right system should make a clear difference to the people using it. That means practical scope, understandable decisions and support beyond the first handover.
Start with the business.
Understand the work before choosing the technology. Keep the tools that serve the team and connect the gaps around them.
Keep people in the loop.
Make AI visible. Give customers a human handoff. Keep review and approval with the people responsible for the outcome.
Build for everyday use.
Make the next step clear, keep field entry practical and give the office records it can find. A system has to work for the team to earn its place.
How we got here
From business IT
to connected workflows.
RevyTech has supported business networks, servers and device repairs in Revelstoke and the Kootenays since 2020. That work puts us close to the recurring problems: unanswered calls, repeated data entry and tools that leave the handoff to the owner.
RevyTech AI extends that work into defined AI and automation projects, with setup, testing and ongoing care. We start by understanding the process and the systems a business already owns.
Local roots. Wider reach.
Revelstoke, Golden, Salmon Arm, Vernon, Kelowna, Kamloops, Nelson and Cranbrook, with remote work across BC and Alberta. Quotes are in Canadian dollars.
Experience from our own business.
Our RevyCar story describes how our commonly owned rental business connects calls, reservations and the rental journey. Its first-party status is explicit; it is not an independent customer endorsement.

We define account ownership, access, provider processing and the handover in the engagement. You should know which systems you control and what would need to change if the support arrangement ends.
