What does RevyTech AI actually do?
We build and maintain systems that help with phone calls, paperwork, company knowledge and the handoffs between your tools. RevyTech AI is the AI systems division of RevyTech, based in Revelstoke.
Is this just ChatGPT with a logo on it?
A general chat tool waits for you to drive it. Our work is the setup around a defined business task: approved information, supported integrations, review steps, tests and ongoing maintenance.
How much does it cost?
Website AI chat starts at $1,500 setup and an AI receptionist starts at $3,500. AI builds require a Care Plan from $299/month. Pricing shows setup, Care, hosting and usage terms in CAD; the written scope sets the final quote.
Do we have to replace our existing software?
We start with the tools that already work for you. Discovery checks whether your phone, calendar, accounting, CRM and other systems support the connections you need.
Will customers know they are talking to AI?
Yes. The assistant identifies itself as AI and provides an agreed route to a person. You approve its answers and handoff rules before launch.
Where do you work?
We are based in Revelstoke and serve the Kootenays and BC Interior, including Golden, Salmon Arm, Vernon, Kelowna, Kamloops, Nelson and Cranbrook, with remote work across BC and Alberta.
What about generic AI content and wrong answers?
The useful work here is answering from approved information, moving a record or preparing a draft for review. We define what the system may do, test the boundaries and keep a human path for uncertainty.
Is AI being overhyped?
Some tasks are better served by a simpler tool or a process change. We start with the problem, establish a baseline and agree how to judge whether the change helps.
Is the aim to replace our people?
