Who we are

The people who'll actually build it.

You won't be handed to an account manager. RevyTech AI is a small, local team, and the person who scopes your system is the person who builds it and answers when you call. Here's who that is.

RevyTech AI is the AI systems division of RevyTech — the Revelstoke IT company that's kept Kootenay businesses running since 2020.

Founder

Keegan Martin

Photo pending A real photograph goes here — we don't use stock or generated faces.

Keegan has worked in every layer of IT for more than twenty years: cellular wireless, system administration, web development and e-commerce. He founded RevyTech and also runs Revy Car Rentals, so he sees this work from both sides of the desk — the technician's and the owner's. He knows what an hour of downtime actually costs, because he has paid for it.

He is also an advanced electronics technician, which is a level of repair most shops send away. That means micro-soldering, reading schematics to trace a fault to a single failed component, and phone and computer repair down to the board:

  • Board-level diagnosis — following a schematic to find the actual fault, not swapping parts until something works.
  • Micro-soldering and IC replacement — repairs measured in fractions of a millimetre.
  • NAND upgrades on iPhone, MacBook and iPad, and board-sandwich work — the jobs that need the logic board opened up, not replaced.

That habit is the whole reason RevyTech AI exists in its current shape. Find the real fault, fix that, don't sell a replacement nobody needed. Keegan works at the front of what AI can currently do, and he is direct about what it is for: taking load off people, not removing them. Every system we build reflects that — it handles the repetitive work and hands the judgement calls back to a human.

Technician, IT/AI Systems

Yugam Arora

Photo pending A real photograph goes here.

Yugam is trained in IT systems and networking, and manages Microsoft 365 tenants — the identity, security and licensing layer that most small businesses never think about until it breaks. He is also a software developer, and an investor in the tech and AI sector.

His half of a build is the data underneath it. Databases, SQL, schema design and application development — the work that turns a pile of records into something a business can actually query and trust. It matters more than it sounds:

  • Databases and SQL — modelled properly before any AI is pointed at them, because an assistant is only as good as the data it reads.
  • Application development — the custom pieces that don't come off a shelf: portals, internal tools, the interfaces your staff actually use.
  • Microsoft 365 and networking — tenant, identity and permissions work, so a new system fits your existing setup instead of fighting it.

Why this background matters

Most AI vendors have never had to fix anything.

We came up through work where the fault is real, the customer is standing at the counter, and "it should work" is not an answer. That is a different discipline from shipping a demo. It shows up in how we build:

  • We test before you're exposed. Your system is run against the calls your business actually gets, before a customer ever reaches it.
  • We say no. If AI isn't worth it for your situation yet, we tell you on the free assessment call rather than selling you something.
  • We stay on the hook. The Care Plan exists because a system that isn't maintained quietly drifts. We'd rather keep it earning than hand it over and disappear.

We're a small team by design. You get the people who built your system, not a rotating cast of account managers.

Talk to the person who'd build it.

Book a free 20-minute assessment. No pitch deck, no sales engineer — just a look at how your business runs and a straight answer on whether AI is worth it.

Prefer to talk now? Call (236) 837-3550 — our own AI receptionist picks up, 24/7. Yes, the same one we sell: consider the call a live demo. It books, answers, or takes a message — and a real BC-based human follows up within one business day, usually faster.
