The Care Plan is how your system stays alive and keeps improving. You don't pay a care fee per system — you sit in one tier, chosen by how many systems you run and how complex they are, and it grows only when you add more.

Which tier? Most single builds start on Core. Voice systems and 2–3 connected systems usually want Growth (more tuning included). A full Transformation runs on Scale. We'll recommend the right one — never oversell you a bigger tier than you need.

Websites
Website builds are flat-rate. Hosting starts at $29.
A full website build is a flat $1,500, delivered within two weeks. Websites are their own product class — they attach to Site Hosting from $29/mo — month-to-month, no minimum term: hosting on the Vercel + Cloudflare stack, SSL, backups, uptime monitoring and security updates. Content edits aren't bundled in — they're billable as you need them, quoted first. Heavier traffic or big e-commerce steps the plan up, to $200+/mo. If your site includes an AI component — a chat widget, booking automation — that component runs under a Care Plan as usual, and any active Care Plan includes Site Hosting at no charge. If you ever leave, we migrate the site to hosting you own.

The usage part
What "usage" means, and why we don't hide it.
Some of what your system does costs real money per use — phone minutes, AI processing (tokens), and text messages. We don't bury that in a flat fee and quietly pad it. Here's the deal:
- Each Care Plan tier includes a monthly allowance of minutes, tokens and texts — pooled across your whole setup, not per system. For most small businesses, normal use fits inside the allowance.
- If you go over, the extra is billed at our cost plus a small margin — itemized on your invoice, showing your allowance, your actual usage, and any overage. No mystery line.
- We watch it for you. If you're trending toward your ceiling, we tell you and show the cheaper path (a bigger tier usually beats sustained overage).
Honesty note: Exact allowances and per-unit rates are current-market estimates (AI and telephony vendors change pricing), so we confirm the live numbers in your written proposal before you sign — not after. As a rough sense of scale: a low-volume after-hours receptionist often runs only ~$40/month in usage; a busy multi-system setup runs more. We'll estimate yours honestly and label it an estimate.
Why 6 months
We stay on the hook while it gets great.
Every AI build comes with a minimum 6-month Care Plan. That's not a lock-in tactic — it's the opposite. AI systems get genuinely good in the first few months: a voice line learns your accents and edge cases, an automation gets tuned to how you actually work, a knowledge brain gets its answers sharpened.
That tuning is real work, and the 6-month minimum is our commitment to do it — to not build it, cash the cheque, and vanish. It's the "maintain" half of build-and-maintain, in writing. After six months, you're month-to-month and free to leave; your integrations connect to systems you own, and we hand over the documentation.

- If they'd booked the AI Opportunity Audit first, subtract the $1,495 credit from the build.
- Build is billed 50% to start, 50% at go-live (it's under $10,000).
- Add applicable GST/PST.
- After month 6, care is month-to-month; paying the year up front would save about $359 on Core.
One recovered after-hours emergency job can cover a chunk of this. The system answers every call, every night, all year.

Why is a care plan mandatory?
Because "set it and forget it" is what broke the last tool you tried. An AI system isn't a static app — models update, your business changes, edge cases appear, and it needs tuning to stay sharp. The Care Plan is how it keeps earning its keep instead of quietly drifting. We won't build something we can't stand behind, and the plan is us standing behind it: monitoring, updates, real optimization hours, and a monthly report. It's the difference between a system that works in year two and one that doesn't.
What if we want to cancel?
After the 6-month minimum, the Care Plan is month-to-month — cancel anytime. Your systems connect to accounts you own (your phone number, calendar, QuickBooks, CRM), and we hand over documentation so nothing is held hostage. We'd rather keep you by being worth it than by trapping you.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The costs are: the fixed build price, your Care Plan tier, and usage (phone/AI/SMS) at cost-plus with an allowance included and every unit itemized. Out-of-scope requests beyond your included optimization hours are billed at a published hourly rate, quoted before we do the work. Applicable GST/PST is added. That's the whole list.
What are your payment terms?
Builds under $10,000 are 50% to start and 50% at go-live. Builds of $10,000 or more are 50% / 25% / 25% (signing / milestone / go-live). Large phased programmes can pay per phase. Everything runs through Stripe and syncs to our accounting; care plans are on monthly auto-charge.
Do you price-match a cheaper tool or quote?
We don't chase a race to the bottom, and we'll tell you honestly when a cheaper option genuinely fits — if a $49/month app is all you need, we'll say so on the call. What we're selling is different: built around your business, integrated with your systems, and maintained by a local team that answers the phone. We compete on fit, accountability and staying power, not on being the cheapest line item. If budget is tight, we'll reduce scope to fit it rather than cut the price and cut corners.
